I have just purchased my new mobility scooter from Anglia Mobility and I must say a very BIG THANKYOU to both Peters . I went to the showroom last Monday 20th Feb 2017 just to see what they had got and to give me some idea of what would be right for me as the one I've had for 8 years is no longer available. Peter (salesman ) was extremely helpful , not at all pushy, and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the ones that were suitable for my needs . I felt very comfortable and confident with the whole visit. I then came away to think everything over and decided to return again on Wednesday to purchase that the one I had decided on, a Kymco Maxi XLS ForU . It was delivered yesterday by Peter the Engineer who explained everything I needed to know about all of the controls and how everything works on it , again nothing was too much trouble , he then filled in all the documents and explained everything he was writing on them and why . I am extremely happy with my new scooter and with the fantastic service that I received from both Peters. I can't thank Anglia Mobility both enough. They are really brilliant !!

Apologies for taking so long to contact you but just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and your son for your excellent service recently to my brother and myself.
You may recall that we had a problem with my brother's Pride Destiny mobility scooter which had been "repaired" by a competitor. When Peter visited my brother he took 5 minutes to repair a fault which they could not in 3 attempts...and over £300! Following Peter's comments regarding their repair I was able to contact them and confidently question their repairs and managed to receive a refund of £149. I was grateful to get this money back and I can now sell the scooter to recoup the remainder of the money we paid out as it is going very well.
My brother is in a vulnerable position and we are dependent on traders being honest and unfortunately we had a bad experience with this, however you have restored our faith.
We are delighted with the new bike which we decided to purchase from you and would like to thank you both for the going "the extra mile".
I had called around for quotes for my mobility scooter to fix a problem it had developed and to have it serviced. I found these chaps the most knowledgable, helpful and considerate. I arranged a visit for the following day even though it was late afternoon when I called them up, after trying other companies and being told it would be the following week before someone could get out to me.
The engineer who came to me diagnosed the problem within seconds and had fixed it in a couple of minutes while talking me through exactly what he was doing and why. The same thing with the service, he was quite happy to have me there while he was working and explained everything as he was doing it.
The price was less than I was quoted for just a service elsewhere and the work I can only say, as a retired technician, was of the highest standard.

Another very satisfied customer. This company is first class and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Everything was explained in detail. Peter arranged the optional insurance at the time of purchase and two days later filled in the complicated forms required by the D.V.L.A. for 8 mph scooters.
